There are five new chinese vocaloids has been revealed. They are Luo Tianyi, Zhiyu Moke, Mo Qingxian, and a couple brother & sister; Yuezheng Longya and Yuezheng Ling.
But other than Tianyi, it is unknown if these characters will remain as character concepts or will become Vocaloids in the future. Here's their profile.

Luo Tianyi
Name: Luo Tianyi (洛天依)
Gender: Female
Age: 15

About her name: Luo (骆) is the last name of a goddess (Luoshen, 洛神). Tian (天) means Tianlai (天籁) that is sounds of nature. Yi(依) is short for Yiren (伊人) that means fair lady.
Tianyi is an angel who came to earth with a mission to spread music to the world. She is the type of girl who does not give up easily. While she cannot communicate with humans, she is very empathetic. She also admires the Vocaloids of the past and wishes to be like them.
Her special ability as a Vocaloid is to feel and read the hidden songs in human mind, things like one’s strong emotion or songs that is repeating in one’s head. She can hear it even if the very person cannot explain it to her, and she would love to sing it out for that person.

Zhiyu Moke

A boy genius with an IQ of 168, he is actually a closet otaku, which only his close friends know. He's a very blunt and straightforward person and only comments on the things he's interested in, but when he does he generally leaves serious and insightful comments. He is often mistaken for a girl (hm, just like Lui) and supposedly hates it, but rumor says he secretly cosplays as a girl...

She is a high school student who is quite popular in her school. She is very fahionable, cool, stable and good-looking, is so mysterious that people fear to go near her.
However, she is a somewhat mysterious character due to her poor health giving her slow reaction time. Her wearing is quite fashion but regarding her behavior she is kind of a traditional lady.
Though slow in action most of time, she is quite a generous girl and cares a lot about people around her. Somehow she would come up with mysterious meaningful sayings which represents her wisdom.

Yuezheng Ling

A 16 year old high school girl. Active and full of life. Her family owns a music company. She is forthright in character, and very upbeat and runs around a lot. She likes music and hairy dolls. She is somehow quite annoyed by something related with her brother, Yuezheng Longya, lately.

Longya is Ling's big brother. He’s smart and is hopefully to become a successful president in the future. He is a very strong person. Like his sister, Longya is also forthright in character, and overall a steady man. He's somewhat overprotective of Ling and has a sister complex.
